About Us

There is nothing like the cool, cozy feel and the intensely fruity aromas of a wine cellar during fermentation.  We're hooked on it.  In our cellar, we aim to make the best possible ciders using proven winemaking techniques.  We use freshly picked, tree-ripened fruit from northern California orchards, which is then crushed, pressed, fermented, and aged in used wine barrels to allow flavor development during maturation.
